Raspberry Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients

¼ c old fashioned oats

1 TBSP chia seeds

1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp cacao nibs

¾ c 1% milk

½ c raspberries

Directions

1. Meal prep day: Place all ingredients except milk and raspberries in a pint.

2. Make 3 jars/person.

3. Night before: add milk (almond or nut milk) to a jar. Stir. Place in refrigerator.

4. Remove lid. Eat cold or heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Add

raspberries.
